Leighton Meester is an American celebrity, born on April 9, 1986. She is best known for her role as Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl. She made her TV debut in Law & Order. Then she had a nice role in Hangman's Curse, after which she had many guest appearances including 7th Heaven and Crossing Jordan, Numb3rs, House M.D. and CSI: Miami. After her recurring role in Shark, she got a regular role in Gossip Girl (as Blair Waldorf).
Her parents, Dough and Connie, were both arrested for marijuana smuggling from Jamaica to US. Connie was sentenced to 10 years in prison. In 2003, Leighton's brother - Douglas, was involved in US Air Force Academy Scandal. All in all - very interesting family.
